Delete Your InfinitiMusic Account

You can permanently delete your InfinitiMusic account at any time — no request or waiting period required. Choose either path:
In the mobile app
Open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
On the web
Sign in and go to Account Settings (you'll be asked to sign in first), then choose Delete Account.
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes your login credentials and personal information (name, email, phone, profile) from our authentication provider. Records tied to completed bookings, payments, and disputes are retained in de-identified account state as required for accounting, tax, and legal obligations — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Can't sign in?
Email support@infinitimusic.net from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
