1. The Service
InfinitiMusic is a marketplace connecting venues, bands, and substitute musicians for live music bookings. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your venue, or your band, and to use the platform in good faith.
2. Booking Commitments
Confirmed bookings are binding agreements between the venue and the band. Cancellation policies apply based on the timing of cancellation relative to the gig date; late cancellations may incur penalties deducted from future payouts, and repeated cancellations may affect your reliability score or account standing.
3. Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe. Platform fees of 5% apply to both venue charges and performer payouts. Payouts are released 48 hours after gig completion, subject to dispute resolution. Performers receive payouts through Stripe Connect and must complete Stripe onboarding to be paid.
4. Substitute Musicians
By marking yourself as available for sub work, you agree to respond promptly to requests and honor any commitments you accept. No-shows result in penalties and reduced reliability scores.
5. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences. Reviews are editable for 14 days after posting. Fraudulent or abusive reviews may be flagged and removed.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time, from the mobile app (Profile → Delete Account) or on the web at Account Settings. Deletion permanently removes your login and personal information; records tied to completed bookings and payments are retained as required for accounting and dispute resolution. 7. Termination
InfinitiMusic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
